1st closet grow, questions!! pics included

this is my first grow, using 400w mh for veg stage, switching to 400w hps for flowering. im in week 6 of veg stage. i dont know the strain, but i believe they are all indica's, i used seeds from bag. im using foxfarms ocean forest soil, with fox farms grow big and bloom big right now at half strength. a few leaves have some yellowing and not sure if its fert burn or mg defficency. total 13 plants, 1 has female pre-flowering already. all 8 to 13" tall. please critique if possible! thanks in advance.

6 weeks in veg, any signs of pre-flowers yet? Did you rotate runts to center under light, or is that they way they grew naturally? I ask cause I'm trying to spot males..

yes 6 weeks into veg stage. 1 has pre-flowers just on top 2 sets of nodes, another might have pre-flowers starting, ill know for sure tomorrow i think. no others have signs of female or male yet, temp is at 74 degrees, 24 hour lights.

and yes i rotated the shorter plants in the middle, i just transplanted alot of them to bigger pots, the white pots.

Correct me if im wrong but it looks like you used tinfoil on the walls....Mylar would be the better option for maximum light reflection.

you are correct, and i plan to use that for flowering as i will be using a diff area, but i went the cheap way at the begining because i didnt know the strain or if they were even gonna grow..lol.

understandable lol its exactly what i did my first time aswell...looks like you will have a closet full keep up the good work

thanks shabang! i plan on doing some work in the attic builing a wall and putting in a a/c unit and getting 2 1000w hps lights if i have time and trying a vertical grow around them if i can clone them.

Stadium grows rock.Taking cuttings is easy once you realize it isnt complicated.

yeah i have realized that as long as you do ur research you should be fine. can anyone help with identifying problem with a few leaves i have yellowing. the veins are still green, just yellowing around them on the edges. i thought it was a mg defecincy due to high ph level, 7.5 to 8...i droped it to 6.5 with foxfarms ocean forest soil.

yeah i figured what the hell, lol. the buds it came from looked and smoked good so it was worth a shot. these plants really dont want to hold back. they all pre-flowered before it was time to flower, they just want to thrive. hopefully ill have a good yield in the end. ill start posting more pics tho and keep updated. ive been kinda doing a sog. i have clones going all ready to transplant to dirt. some are bottom cuttings and some are tops. i havent lost any of the clones, not even the tops.

hey can you help me i have an ak48 mother i took 16 clones they have all ruited i transplanted into soil how long will i veg for b4 i start to flower the reason i ask is i got a 2m high grow tent looking to grow them to 3 ft max

from what i gathered the plants will double to triple in size when you switch to flowering, so grow them half as big as you want them to be. average veg time is 7-9 weeks, this all depends on strain and genetics and wattage and nutes you use tho. hope this helps.
