Hi this is my first attempt at a grow and journal so I'm not sure what I should really be putting in this but here goes...I started germinating my 3 seeds (2x Blue crimea and 1x critical auto)on Friday last week by putting the seeds inbetween sheets of damp kitchen towel with 4 sheets either side.Covered them with two plates,sealed them in a food bag and put them in my airing cupboard for 48hrs.Bingo within that time they had sprouted 5mm tails!Flushed with actually germinating them I potted them with a mixture of miracle gro and perlite.The pots I used I were way too small as I found out.As a newb grower,I check on them too often but luckily I saw one of the plants had started to wilt due to lack of water
(quick call the emergency services).Luckily a cold shower sorted this out within a couple of seconds and she was standing straight again..phew.After that scare I repotted them in much bigger pots and that seems to have solved that problem.My veg cabinet is an old pc case mutilated to accept lights and fans so am limited on the size of pots I can use.They are not really big enough so am going to repot further down the line by cutting away old pots and putting them in the final pots once outside in mid May.I wil be uploading photos and continuing this once I return from the hospital until then peace be with you.
