Ok I need some more help with my plant. I think there may be more than one problem.

In this first pic, u can see the leaf is basically eaten away and there are multiple necrotic spots. This is an indoor closet grow and I don't see any signs of aphids/spider mites/ etc, but what else would eat the leaf tip like that? I'm wondering if it is a nutrient problem, possibly manganese or potassium? I just watered with 32oz of tap water 2 days ago and 1/16 cup of FF Big Bloom. Could be nute burn not sure. I plan on getting a ph tester today, any ideas on what kind I should get and where to get it locally(walmart, etc)?

This second picture is more of the same. I can get better pictures if I need to. I took these with my phone and I had the fan on so the plant was moving.

Here's the plant atm: this pic makes it look pretty bad but it's definitely better.

Here's a couple of pics near the top of the plant showing the pistils and new growth.

Also, I want to clone it now before it moves into flowering full time, is it still safe to do that with these problems?

Definitely the start of nute burn, you have to flush right away. You're still going to loose leaves, the plants have absorbed a lot of nutes already and the flush will push those nutes to the fan leaves. Don't worry about the leaves, they're low on the plant and act as a buffer for the more important upper leaves. Worse is letting the roots burn with the current fertilizer.

32 oz of water is 4 cups - 1/4 gallon
1/16 of a cup is 15.6 ml

You are feeding at a concentration of 62 ML per gallon

Fox Farm Big Bloom is a 1/2 part nutrient that I apply at 5 ml per gallon along with 5 ml of Grow Big for large plants in veg - 10 ml / gallon each watering. I do not know how Fox Farm feeds their plants 30 ml per gallon, mine would burn. My seedlings get 2.5 ml per gallon of each Big Bloom and Grow Big, 5 ml per gallon total fertilizer.

.

PH balance some clear water and flush with 2x the pot volume or until you get clear run through, then elevate the pot so it's not sitting in water as it drains.

If you don't get your ph pen right away you can flush with distilled water from the eye care section of the pharmacy - $2 per gallon, ph of 7.

If you have Liquid Karma, or something with humic acid that's gentle on the roots, add 1/4 stregnth to your flush to help the roots heal.

keep it real.

yea just start with a good heavy flush and then you might wanna foiler feed with some cal/mag and some nitrogen and make sure the lights are off and she is dry before you turn them back on make sure the ph is right 6.3-6.9 other then that she looks great man nicce grow.
