1st Grow, Will it be succesfull?!

So I am planning on grow mids seeds, mainly because of the easy access to them. And I dont feel to comfortable buying seeds online.
But Im gonna be growing outdoors, I will be digging 2 feet holes (let me no if thats good or not). I will be filling the holes with organic compost (not sure what kind but I will get back to you on that) I will then transplant my sprouted 3 inch tall plants into these holes. After three weeks I will then begin to add my miracle grow fertilizer to them(24-8-16). A week before they hit the flowering stage (ill just have to guess) i will then flush my plants.
These plants will be in good spots with atleast 8 hours of sunlight. I will water whenver soil is dry. I will also top, fim, supercrop, lst a couple of them (dont no which one provides the most yield)
Let me know if you think this will be a good grow, does it sound like it will be a potent, good yield?
Are there any plant problems that this setup might encounter?
If there is anything else that I can provide you to make your opinions more accurate let me no.

8 hours of light is not enough. Under you want to flower them as soon as possible. Which means yield will be very little. Also.. Miracle grow.. Blows rocks. Just sayin

Kinda like what he said, but I don't believe in mixing. I get the stuff that has everything in it. Everything the neeed! After that it's a total waste of m time. But yes, what he said, good luck
