Hi, I am new here obviously. This Is my first indoor grow, and the first grow room I have built.

I started with 6 plants, 4 died due to lack of adequate lighting. Out of the two left one just so happened to be a male.

I have no idea what strain, nor anything of the sort, I just got the seeds out of a bag.

If anyone has any clue as to what is what, or any advice to give, feel free to speak your mind.

nice little lady.

I see sativa and indica.

Strain is real tough.

Ok will try that and see what happens, Although the leaves on the bottom started fading and I increased water and they are back looking healthy

Never keep your soil damp. Water it and let it almost dry out before waering agin.

I think they say that you should be able to stick you finger in the dirt up to the second knuckle before feeling water. Ten water it.

I water every 2 to 3 days. I have read that on here. The pic listed with the damp soil, I had just watered the plant. Any other reason you guys are sayin watering to much?

I usually do let the soil get dry to the touch, about the full length of my finger. I water it with a spray bottle so it is evenly distributed and it gives it time to soak in with out floating the dirt.

Since it is now flowering/ budding what is recommended as decent nutrients, that I could pick up at homedepot or wally world.

The first two pictures above were taken on March 11th, the one of the female was taken this past weekend. Is this about the normal growth rate?

I have a cfl light over it with two 65watt 6300K mogul base bulbs 4900lumens each, two 26watt warm white, and a 150watt equivalent warm white, with a t12 4' flourencent with 3200K bulbs I think. Set on a timer for 12 on and 12 off.

Also sorry this is so long and has so many questions, but I read the article about making 2 or 4 colas, Is that how my plant is growing now, That is what I did was cut the top out, let it separate then I cut them again.

Use a heavy phosforus fertilizer during flowering. And can you post picks of your lights. I have grown outdoors for awhile now. But i want to setup a small room inside for my own experiments. I would like to try HO fluros.

These are the type bulbs the below fixture takes, I have 6300K in it not, but I have 2500K on the way for flowering.

This is the fixture, takes two bulbs, but it doesnt seem to like to work on a timer, I think it is just my fixture though. The bulbs I have put out 4900 lumens each. I will get pics of the room later but that is a start for relativly cheap. My way anyway
