1st time grower i have a 400w mh thoughts on adding a reptile light or blacklight?

this is my first gro and i think its going pretty good so far im 45 days into the grow since i planted the seed also i am growing in soil i have a 400w mh a cheap little fan and a 12x12'' pot i will post pics later on but what im wondering is if i add the reptile uvb light to the mh will i get any bennifits? im on a budget as of right now ive done alot of research on growing but i havent really found much on combining different lights also any input on a moonlight bulb when the main lights go out?

Well if your ballast is convertible ie a magnetic ballast that can run an HPS bulb then spend $45 buck and buy a 400W CMH bulb, it includes UVB and will work great for flowering also.

it not convertable just a mh 400 i was reading into the hps conversion bulbs also a 400w ceramic metal halide will that work with my same ballest? i plan on buying a better ballest for my next grow im looking at a 1000w hps i wanna play around with a little bit of each light before i decide what i wanna stick with

Any additional light can only help, even if it's green.
But 400 Mh is is plentiful, don't spend money where you don't have to. < Especially with the moonlight bulb during night phase, it's not so you can see in there during night is it?

doesnt the plant reflect green light right back..because this is why growers can use green lights in they're grow room even when lights are off and it wont affect the plants light schedule.

no a green light won't affect the dark schedule, altho an mj plant does use light of all spectrums even colours we can't see so it is a tiny benefit, nothing worth it though..
