1st Time Grower in Tropics

I've grown only outdoors in USA. Last grow was 2010, harvested 4 Indica hybrids in Midwest. Now I have pure sativa in Tropics. Totally different ball game.

I got a tent now but my plants had been outside up until yesterday. terrible mite problems. Just learned about them. Every plant in the yard has Mites. Including non cannabis plants.

Tried dish soap and alcohol. thinking sulfur spray next.

Anyway most of my seedlings are roughly 30 days old. They're quite stunted and slow growing I believe from the bugs

Bottom leaves Yellowing starting with first true leaves but new growth is green and healthy, just tiny. Got some browning on leaf tips on a few seedlings. I put a heavy foliar spray of molasses and bat guano, and I think that explains it. These are all bag seeds

I have one plant that is 18 or 19 days old and has more leaf mass than all other seedlings combined. It's a heavy feeder too. Gave it guano molasses tea and guano top dress. Growing fast as a sunflower and has great odor.

Not sure what to make of.all this. Sort of need help. Any ideas????????????

Below, you can see the 18 day old plant is enormous compared to the 30 day old plant. Out of 14 seedlings, 13 are more skin to the tiny one. The only big one is the big one.

I just transplanted it also. It was in a similar small container but already outgrew it

To control bugs and mites on my outdoor plants, I do weekly maintenance with neem, spinosad, and bt. If you treat them one time with a mix of neem and spinosad, foliar spray and root drench, the mites will be done. Then do weekly maintenance with neem up until the first flowers show. Don't spray anything on flowers. Handle it asap, if you don't they only get worse.

Good luck! Peace :peace:

I actually just bough neem oil. I have never heard of spinosad before, but i will look into it now. I am trying to get on it. Thanks a lot.

Apply foliar stuff after sunset or lights off. If string light gets in it while its wet, it will burn the leaves bad. The spinosad product I use is from the brand Monterey.
