2.2 x 1.2 x 2.2 tent, one half flow and one half veg?

Hey all,

Just wondering if the above is a good idea? I was going to use the whole space with a Gavita 1000w in the middle and a 100w Lumatek LED bar at either end.

I was wondering if I could use a separator of some kinda (mylar roll or similar) in the middle and have the Gavitia in one half and then veg in the other? If thats going to be ok then what light would you say for the veg part? Same light again?

If none of the above is a good idea my other option was to seal all the zips as everything inside is automated (temp/humidity/dosing etc) so I could not bother using my AC Infinity extraction and just use the heat from the light and also a tube heater if needed. I would also hook up a A/C and dehumidifier. How much CO2 would I need for an entire grow with no extraction? I was thinking of extracting the air in the room out the window with a carbon filter and/or a scrubber (what do they do by the way?) inside the tent.

What's your opinions please?

I'd do a separate veg space. Mount your light in the lid of a shop garbage can or large tote( use 2 totes stacked up and no lid) and have a couple moms ant a few clones waiting for their turn. Even cheap led strips in a cardboard box work great.

I've also been debating buying a 10x10 tent to live in and turn the rest of the house into grow space, I've just been unable to convince the wife.

A 1000w gavita , assuming thats a HID, plus two 100w leds isn't enough to light up 2.2m x 1.2 , are you sure those dimensions are right?

No, I wouldn't recommend dividing it either, just buy a 5x5ft and 3x3ft for flower and veg.

Don't try and seal a tent. Not going to happen, plus how will you get in it?

I forgot to mention I have the wider angle reflector from Gavita.

Yep its a e1000w double ended Gavita, tent is 2.2m by 1.2m but I could partition it? I can chuck in another Gavita but Im only growing 6 plants in 36Ltr tubs.

What do you recommend?
