it has about eight leaves in total but it's not very far along at all in it's growth. i'm usin flourescent light and the soil's gettin kinda fucked, i dont have any holes in the pot im using for excess water to drain out so i could be over watering it even, but the biggest leaves are starting to turn yellow at the tips and the stem has two little nodes near the base. are those future leaves or could i have replanted it too shallow and that's what would be roots if the plant was deeper in the soil? this is my first grow and it's turnin into a royal fuckup. this is what you call drug abuse. anyone have any ideas on what i should do a.s.a.p. to try and rescue it?

pic plz. mine are 2 weeks old and going really good on my 1st grow.

it could be a few things. i should hope ur not using nutes atm, should of been planted in organic soil, no chemicals or anything or just plain soil. nothing that will harm them.

poke a few holes through the bottom, if the water has got nowhere to go then u probably got aload of crap in the bottom of ur pot.

ur soil is fucked? how do u mean? my soil is 'green' on top, its got like moss on it but it doesnt seem to be doin any harm

I think overwatering is a thing you need to correct right away. At this point, the plant is very delicate and it is going to respond to anything more now than it might in the future once the roots are stronger.

Right now, you need to correct the water situation.

I would poke holes in the bottom of the pot right away or just really carefully repot it so that you can get those roots into the soil and into the deep dark place where they can grow up.

The yellowing sounds like nute burn, to me, but without any pics, it's hard to tell. You really shouldn't be giving your plants any nutes until about week four, so if you've been doing that, it's probably a good idea to scrap this grow and start over. Chances are good you're probably screwed without any chance of saving yourself. It sucks, but it happens.

If it's not nutes, then it might be the water, though that doesn't seem right either. Maybe it's that your soil is bad or that your plants are just not strong growers. They have plenty of time to jump up though when you get some problems fixed.

Another thought is that your water might be hard and that might be causing troubles in the growth as well as in the color. Have you checked the pH?
