2 4x4s or 1 4x8 Tent

I was thinking of having 2 4x4 tents facing each other with a few feet between. Would a 4x8 space have any advantages over 2 4x4s? I will have 1200watts of lighting.

I was asking the same question a few months ago. It depends on how you plan to use your areas. I chose two go with two seperate areas, and now I have those two areas (5x5x6.5secret jardin and 3x5x7wood and drywall cab)and a seperate area for veg and clones (3.5x7x7wood and drywall cab). I went with two areas so I can run more of a perpetual grow and added the third to have two seperate flowering areas and I can also run different light cycles. Also on tents, if I were to ever buy a 4x8, I would spend the extra money for the gorilla tent because most tents seem a little flimsy once you have almost 100#s of equipment in them.

Good point. If I am buying cheap I should stick with 4x4. I like the idea of facing them toward each other, so when I open the tents the light shines into each other and not all into the room.
