I just installed a new light and the manual said to let it burn for 12 hours.. lights off is usually at midnight for my 18/6 cycle and back on at 6am. However, I was lazy and didn't get around to installing it until later in the afternoon and now it puts me at 2am, which is two extra hours past my timer. Would running an extra 2 hours of veg tonight and then switching back to their regular cycle tomorrow night effect my girls negatively?
