2 girls - DWC 400w Hps Grow Box. Needs Help Fast! (Pics)

My timer broke and my lights were off for maybe a whole day and night one of my girls looks like she went to sleep and is in a coma while the other is shooting for the sun again.
Will she get better or should i just cut her down and give the other girl more room to flower?
ph is good temps are good now but it was pretty cold when the lights were off, could this be what caused her to fall over?

any help would be greatly appreciated
