2 Grow rooms

Hi im looking at building two rooms one for veg and one for flower also another small one for clones But i'll look at doing that one later. So far i'm looking at the two rooms being 1.2 Metres wide X 1.2 Metres length x 2.0 Metres high made out of aluminum square tubing with either panda film or mylar or that silver insulation stuff. Both rooms will have 1 600w Hps and have 4 plant in each they will be in pots with coco peat and hand watered that way i can move them from room to room with ease. Both grow rooms will be in one bedroom of the house.

My questions are
Whats the best meterial to make the walls out of?

What would be a good ventilation option i was thinking just using a bathroom fan on the back of the roof of the grow room ducted into the house roof with some holes at the bottom of the door so it will suck up thru the plants and into the roof. I want something quiet not worried about smell so any ideas about what size fan and how much air flow i'll need to keep it cool in both rooms.

Would this be a good size room for the 600w and 4 plants?

4ft(1.2 meters)*4ft*6.5ft(2 meters) = 104 cubic feet. Some say to circulate the air 3-5 times a minute, it isn't all that necessary but I would look for a 250cfm or a 500cfm. In ducting fan terms that would be a 6" or 8" ducting fan. Then you would also want one blowing into your grow room as well.

Lighting: You are getting 37.5 watt/sq foot or 125watt/plant. I would say this is fine, bigger is always better but 600w are the most efficient so I would say stick with them.

The only concern I would have about your walls are the sturdiness of them. Remember with the fans your probably going to have negative pressure inside the tent.

if you can spare some cash, then get a grow tent... MUCH MUCH less hassle...

I built one, but constantly adding on, but I'm one/two clicks away from a grow tent purchase...


...otherwise, use a reflective tarp, and attach some mylar sheets around the lighted vegging area...
