2 inch net pots

I'm starting my clones in 2 inch pots that are in a diy aerocloner right now. Will the holes in the net pot hinder my root growth? For now, I know that it is not problem but after I transplant them into their final home (3 gal hydroton net pot with ebb flow bucket system), I'm worried the holes will be bad for the roots. I was just going to just transplant the 2inch net pot directly into the next pot. Has anyone ever used these small net pots and do I have to cut them before transplant?

ive had this happen with smaller net pots,
I've had DWC trees in the large net pots completely mangle several areas of the net pot where the largest roots went through and blew out a few holes in the bottom or sides. Usually the net pots were good for one run and they wouldn't hold the leca balls anymore but I was doing a pretty big plant with like 50+ days of veg in big ass totes so the roots had time to get really gnarly.

Notice my simple DIY cloner, which has one sintered airstone. I use a 3" net pot with a rubber top specifically made for clones. It is cut and has ~ 1/4" hole (note 3 clones started in it) which once they root I then transfer them to individual 3" net pots iwhich all go into a starter clone/seedling DWC tote. Once the roots get long enough they get transfered into my F & D totes with the same 3" hole to accommodate the rooted clones. Once they get big enough they are transferred into larger net pots. Note 5th picture has open top whereas 6th picture has a lid on both the F & D totes and the cooler/reservoir which is because I have a huge mosquito problem and cannot leave either open
