2 plants in identical conditions - one healthy, one not

Posted some pictures in my thread under 'grow room design' but didn't really get any feedback. Now whatever is going on is getting worse, so I will make an attempt here in order to save my plant before it's too late!

The strain is White Widow (automatic), and they are 4-5 weeks old. They are grown in Gold Label Special Mix, and have fed them once with Gold Label Soil A & B on 25% strength. I apparently managed to burn my last grow so I've been careful with the nutrients.

They are grown indoors under a 400w metal halide bulb, air exchange is good and I water them around every three days. The pots contain 12 liters (3.2 gallons) of soil. The grow room has a temperature of 27 degrees celsius (80 fahrenheit) during light hours.

They have just started to flower and one plant is looking good while the other has some brown spots on the top leaves. In addition, the lower leaves have started to yellow already while they have not on the healthy plant.

I have been reading around, but can not decide what the problem could be. Deficiency? Heat / light / nute burn?

Thanks a lot in advance!
