2 Seedlings Need Help

I have 1 AK48 seedling in a rockwool cube and I realized the tip of the taproot got cut off somehow.. will it be okay? Will the growth just be stunted for a little while?

I also have 1 Aurora Indica seedling.

They have both sprouted and ~1" about the rockwool. They should be under light correct? I also have them inside a humidity dome. Should the dome still be on, or should I remove it now?

Thanks very much!!!!

I lost the end of a taproot the other day and it seems to be ok. Might be stunted only time will tell.

Under light , yes. and as far as the humidity dome. I use one for my seedlings but my temps get pretty high in my seedling section. whats your temp and humidity like? Try them out without the dome. Its easier when they are small. Dont wait until its too big for the dome and burnt like I did. Good Luck on your grow :leaf:

Thanks for your input so far guys.

1 more question.

How long can I leave the seedlings in the rockwool with their roots just growing outside and exposed to the light? Do I have to transplant them into cups now, or can I leave them in the tray in the rockwool cubes with roots exposed for awhile?

Thank you! :leaf:

I'd transplant if you are ready. What kind of setup are you planning on?

roots wont get exposed for alwile since they go right to the bottom of the cube not the sides to get established but one you do see them coming out the bottome transplant into cups or dwc or what ever you chose to do........

Thanks for all the help guys. I grow in hempy buckets with hydroton medium.

I have 3 seedlings going in hempy buckets right now- I put them directly into the 2 gallons buckets and man do they go slow lol

So with these two I am going to start them in 16 oz cups and then transplant them into the 2 gallon buckets- hopefully it speeds things up a little!
