2 week old grow help!

hey, im a 1st grower to so im sure someone els will come and give you better avise but what i read was the lights should be fine but i would try get more 6500k http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B001AZOV9K/ref=ord_cart_shr?_encoding=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&v=glance there pretty cheat and free shipping. people say foil is bad if its not completely straight with no folds or anything other wise it will create hot spots (that could be why you have the brown dots) try get some mylar from a hardware store or even paint it white. try sticking you hand under the light from the same distance as the plants are if yyou hand is uncomfortable from the heat its to close so i have been told. if the plants are 2 weeks no nutrients should be added what so ever and you should see the mites on the stem or under the leaves (thats where i had them anyway) your temps seems to be good what about humidity? and for the seeds never orderd myself but i heard attitude or herbies are good. good luck....i couldnt see you pics for some reason.

I hate advertising other peoples businesses but ... Attitude seed bank are a cheap and trusted supplier of seeds. Lots of peeps on here use them. I don't since I prefer picking them up from my local seed shop.
