2 week old plant NEED HELP!!

Okay so i put it in dirt 2 weeks from today and its been getting 24/0 light, during the day its outside and gets about 1hr of direct sun and mostly shade, and during the night its inside under a 13 watt CFL the plant is growing very very slowly prolly not even 2 inches tall yet...what am i doing wrong??

also im watering with pH'd water and growing in miracle grow

1 hour of direct sunlight is not enough to get what you want you need 4-6 minimum... also you need ~150 watts of cfl for it to even do ANYTHING.

the MG stunted growth.......its pure crap for seedlings and poison, in general. down with super-phosphates!
and get some lights

So would i be better off leaving it in shade then using a 13 watt cfl?

i dont think its the miracle grow because ive had 2 successful grows with it so far

Seedlings don't need nutes. MG contains time release fertilizers so there you go..

That Mg burned it already.
