20 days into flower + e27 led bulbs?

Im currently on my very first grow growing one plant in flower and its on day 19
7 23w 1600 lumen cfl's
1 feit electric 9w led grow bulb (was $20 and decided it could help a little bit. Introduced on day 3 of flower)

Was just wondering if its normal for all these white hairs, and noticable crystals all over the small fan leaves with no actual buds yet. Also would taking off the weird dome thing on the led help it work more? Also are there any LEDs for $50-$80 strong enough to grow 3 plants? After trying CFLs for my first grow i never want to use them again

Yeah pop off the diffuser cover on that led.

Build a cheap CoB- lumiled sungrow plus LED chips and drivers. The chips are 1.30$ ea. Other than that try Craigslist for used gear.

That is perfectly normal. (and all the pistils indicate how many calyxes [buds] you will have swelling later)
You are going to have a frosty plant my friend.
