Starting a new grow and have never done anything this big before, always been in tents or small rooms. I have mostly everything designed but wanted to get some advice on a couple things from anyone willing to help. So my specs are...

Space: 16 x 12 unfinished basement
Veg area: 5x12
Flower area: 8x12
Curing area: 3x8
Work area: 4x3

Lights in veg: 2 1,000w MH, 1 T5HO fixture
for flower: 6 1,000 HPS
thinking of doing open wing on all HID lighting

A/C in veg: 10,000 - 15,000 BTU
for flower area: 35,000 - 40,000 BTU
both mini splits

Sealed rooms with CO2 tanks and dehumidifiers in all areas
1-2 wall mounted or standing oscillating fans per light in every room

Odor control for veg: 8in inline 700ish cfm with carbon filter
for flower: 2 8 in inline 700ish cfm with carbon fliter
cure area: 6in inline 400ish cfm with carbon filter

So that's the bare bones of the build so far. A couple questions as I've never done anything this big so figuring the BTU's and cfms was new to me.
Do you guys think I'm overdoing on the A/C?
For the inline fans, I want to exchange the air every 1-2 mins so I figure I'd go a little higher on the cfm side do you think that's overkill?
Also a first using CO2 and building a sealed room, so a lot of first. Thanks in advance for any advice

I think your making it it too complicated.

Too many fans carbon filters. Too many lights, and hvac equipment etc.

You don't have that much room to work with for that much stuff.

I would think smaller, and if you want to do sealed do it all together. One CO2, one AC and one dehumidifier in flower, and circulate air with veg.

Sounds like a good plan.

The mini splits are sized correctly for standard bulbs. If using DE I would use more.

12k for veg.
36k for flower. Those are your bare minimum in my opinion.

Use Quest dehumidifiers, most efficient on the market. I use the 105 duals, it's the most efficient model they offer. Expensive but worth it by saving money on power bill.

Have you looked into CMH?
