When i get to the gym, it motivates me to keep going, in turn, reduces my drinking. I don't read books, my adhd gets the best of me, but online i will read for days. Really I just need a decent job, so i can pay child support, phone, give my gf some damn rent, get some protein and pay a gym membership. I'm in the slump because my shit laid me off. When i work f/t i maintain healthy weight, and im prone to working out, etc. working out is bullshit without surplus protein, which i cant afford at the moment, so i just been trying to loose fat and ive been walking regularly. so its whatever. I marathon train when i walk, 5-12 miles in a day is cake. As i loose lb's it just gets easier, im like 30 pounds over weight right now, which can be killed in about two months in time for spring break.

My real new years resolution is to improve my grow op with any extra money, save money for a new home with my gf, and to actually buy a DJ controller and some other things and take my "spin" with the idea of doing it on the side, or f/t... But i know that will take years most likely.

I have about 35lbs I'd like to lose, the running starts next week. I feel like having a day to keep as a reference adds motivation to keep it up, especially if its the first of the new year. I'm expecting to lose that in 4-6 months easy, so by summer I should be tip top :)

Why do you say it's BS without protein?

new bed, stack foodstamps while growing own food(its not as easy as you think). regrow hair, study more, buy and keep text books, start a library in my house(got rid of the couch half way there) get out more. buy a canoe and use it constantly. buy a tent and outdoors supplies and find a place to volunteer with plants involved.

The same thing as I resolve to do every New Years, Pinky! Take over the WORLD!

Judging by the withdrawal, I should be off everything except Ibuprofen, cigarettes, and MMJ by New Years ... I'll try to drop the smoking cigarettes on New Years.

Of course, either get a job, or start doing privacy and security consulting for small businesses, medical businesses, and individuals.

And, get my grow back up, so that I can try to cross and stabilize the cheese and Afghan landrace Indica. Almost had it when I had to close the grow.

I don't do well with structured artifice ...I figger out during the year where I lack or need to improve. If it's important enough I'll do it; or if I wish to expend the effort

I didn't mean loosing weight was bs without protein, i mean working out and getting some muscles is bs without it... one must eat right. I've lost over 120+ pounds in 6 months, and could probably teach weight loss seminars, its all about what you burn and what you take in... your not going to get swollen while you work out if your just eating doritos and beer... Bodybuilding (the act of limiting fat, and gaining muscle to better a physique, or make someone more aesthetically pleasing to the eyes) , takes A TON of will power, and sacrifice. If you need anything ask me in PM I can teach anyone how to loose weight and gain muscle, its easy... to loose, limit carbs, go high on protein and work out, cal deficit , to gain, low on carbs, high on protein, cal surplus. if you need a breakdown message me, i was on bodybuilding.com forums for years, and was taught by the best. but, im just a man, and don't have a certification in personal training...
