what kind of light you got her under?
shes got nice fat leaves and a thick stem...i bet she would thank you after she gets some nutes. 3 weeks is fine to start giving nutes. just start on a low dose if you decide to tho.

im just guessing, but im gonna guess your watering it too much, u wanna let the soil dry out and the plant start to dehydrate, then give it some h20(and nutes if u have), i been using fox farm grow big and tiger bloom. so far under veg, this 14 dollar bottle of grow big has been working great.

They look pretty healthy. To judge your plants current health, you need to look at the recent leaves, The older ones will tell you things, but the newest growth will give you major heads up.
