I am currently growing two afghan clones under a 4 tube hydrofarm flourescent light set up. My current schedule is 24 hours of light with 0 darkness. My plants are very healthy, and I see up to a inch of growth a day. There is some purple stems but everything else seems to be perfect. A fellow patient informed me that there's a high possibility that when I switch my schedule to 12/12 to induce flowering, my plants may not take well and die. Is this true?.. Should I maybe switch my light schedule to 18/6 a week or so prior to the 12/12 switch?
