25 mile rule postponed

Hey guys quote from the Horses Mouth "As an FYI… once a dispensary is operating, it is required by our rules to be “… operating and available to dispense medical marijuana to qualifying patients and designated caregivers at least 30 hours weekly between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.” The Glendale Dispensary has been postponed until they get some medicine http://directorsblog.health.azdhs.gov/?tag=medical-marijuana

I guess that answers the raid questions as well...
Maybe that caregiver concept fell through for AZ organix.
Sometimes when things like this occur, I think the department and dispensary hopefuls frequent this forum constantly for whatever reason.

I am just now starting to get into the routine of cultivation, and I do not approve of this Glendale outfit taking my rights away. I believe my prior rights should stop anyone from opening a dispensary withing 25 miles of me, because I invoked and availed myself of my rights before them.

I agree definitely no real or legitimate dispensary hopefuls here. At least the sure don't post. Not for a while

Cool how long do you think before it opens. Also does anyone know if a caregiver can drop a patient and get another one or does the patient have to drop the caregiver.

I definitely do no think they post in the slightest, considering how emotion gets the best of us, LV, but I do not doubt some lurk..
Many of the insightful posts made on here by certain members actually carry valid points that undoubtedly make people think.
Whether those post carry any direct weight in decision making, I highly doubt it.
Dispensary Support Systems was on here lurking, supposedly/possibly now tied to Arizona Organix.

Irie, I would like to think maybe you submitting that comment to AZDHS and others voting helped bring light to the cultivation issue.
Gives hope that patients are heard every now and again.
Granted that was directly submitted to the department but lots of votes/support came from the forums.
