2800 W Ebb n Gro Purple People Eater and White Domino, First Time Grow!

I have just started my first grow thanks to all of the advice i have received on this website. I want to first start by saying this is a fully legal medical grow. I made an aero cloner similar to the ezcloner for around 100 dollars. I collected cuttings from my friends plants, 7X white domino and 24X purple people eater. They have been in the cloner for 8 days now, with not roots yet. They are currently under 4 t8 bulbs with a room and water temp around 71 degrees. I am using olivias cloning solution and keeping the ph around 6. Do you think its taking a bit longer than usual to get them to root? If so do you have any suggestions for me? I plan on painting the lid black next time so it wont let light through. Thanks and there will be more to come shortly.

Quick update, its day 13 and two of my babies popped roots so far, with alot more looking like they will follow suit here. I trimmed alot of the lower nodes off the plants and trimmed some of the leaves back, and this seemed to make the big difference on the cuttings finally starting roots. I would like to change the water, but i am not sure how to go about doing it... The two sets of roots that have popped are growing extremely slow and i would like to give them some incentive to grow faster and maybe help some of their buddies sprout as well... Maybe some fresh RO water with a little bit of clonex, or possibly a couple drops of superthrive? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
