28x8 grow set up. Lets have some fun

Ha ha it's time RIU!!! Just baught a house and I got a barn. Barn is 48 x 28. I could do a hella huge grow but ima start small. I'm going to build a secret room that is 8x28. I want to kill this set up.

Basically I want RIU community opinion on set up. Ill take advice on everything but the major advice I would like is in method and lights. My budget is 20k. I'm doing cabinet/tent grows to raise the money and once I get 20k I'm doing the room.

i would like to do led and cfl combo with a perpentual sog method in an autopot grow system. In the 28x8 area I would like 3 seperate rooms. A drying room, a veg room, and a flower room. Height is not really an issue. I have 100 amp service to the barn right now and I am eventually going to run plumbing to it. I'm also debating wether or not to install a furnace and ac or just do portable heat and ac. I will have fresh air intake as well as exhaust obviously. Smell is not an issue as I'm in 5 acres of timber!! I think I covered everything on my end so let the advice start flowing!!!

and I assume you're going to get rid of the DRUGS illegaly as well. Which makes you a Drug Lord too..

I say drugs because Cannabis is only Medicine for people that NEED it. Not Want. And no one NEEDS 30 Grand worth of MEDICINE a month. Therefore, You will get Sexed in your Butt everyday for the rest of your Life.

How is illegal if you have a lisnced cultivation center

No now that I have actually read everything idk. Like I said it just went legal in Illinois but its way strict. I'm going to apply for a cultivation lisnce but I'm not holding my breath.....at all. 28x8 is what I have to work with. Don't mean I have to max the space out either. Depends on how many patients each dispensary gets. I don't think I mentioned but this is all contingent on me getting the center

So change of plans. Cultivation center is out. I just talked to a consulting agency and they said that its around 60k for their services and all they do is help you get the application into the state. There is no garantue you will get your application accepted. I also found out that they are not handing out a lot of medical cards this first year. So new plan.

I still want to build a grow room. It will basically just be for me and my friends. 10-20 people. Everyone is a moderate smoker with a couple heavy everyday smokers. I have no idea how big to do the room. I plan on doing primarily LED with waterfarm scrog set up. Space and odor are not an issue yet but I don't know how big to go. I would like a veg/clone room, a flower room, and a drying room. I might also set up another perpetual set up in the same area. Not sure yet. Any ideas

I.m.o. you should go as big as you want man. The medical community is somewhat arrogant; they mean well but think they are the only ones who should be allowed to smoke up (even though cannabis soothes 1000's of ailments, all of which don't have to be diagnosed by a weed card dealer (or doctor).) We can not very well overgrow 'the man' thinking like these party poopers. I think 8 x 28 is pretty humongous though (& be prepared for plenty of labor & $ invested), but if you have the means- give it hell dude! There are party poopers a plenty, but there are also plenty of down-to-Earth real cats that will help you out when needed as well. Do it as legally as possible, if not possible then do it anyways (carefully & theoretically of course , because nobody here supports illegal activities... lofl.)

...maybe even try going to RIU from some other place so nobody can threaten to rat on you with your I.P. address, lol. Regardless of the legality (IMO), growing a plant is not a crime. A license/permit only takes care of one agency, everybody here (from the U.S.) is still growing illegaly.

Sell the house, and move to central colorado. Buy a good heater for winter and a good ac unit for summer, buy 50 acres west of buena vista and you'll be golden.

Ya so I don't think it will cost me an arm and a leg to build the 28x8 room. It will cost an arm and a leg to run the space but if I only run half and expand later I think that would be best for now?
