2nd Grow - Having and LED issue I think *PICS*

So here is my setup

4x4 Mylar Tent
240W Blackstar LED 2012 model
1x 125W Daylight CFL

Seeds:
1x Auto Blueberry
1x THC Bomb

Medium:
Started in Light warrior
Transferred to FFOF / LW / Perlite (3/1/1)
Using Airpots
Using RO water, no nutes yet.

Growth was slow at first. I was using the LED at 18" and it just wasn't growing. Moved to CFL only, and was able to get some growth out of the plant. After getting about 3 sets of true leaves, I am now currently running the LED and the CFL. CFL is placed vertically about 6" from the plant. LED is hanging at 14" right now. I had the LED at about 8-10" and that is when these issues start occuring. Im not sure if they are because of bleaching or because I haven't pushed any nutes yet. Can someone please give me a little insight. This plant is the Auto Blueberry, the THC bomb is germinating. Pink pictures are before this started happening. Im around 2 weeks. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Could it be iron? I have looked it up so many times and it just doesn't match up to me. Anyone?

Sounds like your led panel is out of wack I have heard of them being sort of useful for a year or so then the dioedsstart going out of wak u should think about calling the manifacture for a replacement that's imho I don't use led panels HID all the way

Thank you for your input. Do you think that because of the lines in the first 2 pics? Those lines are just from my bad camera. Though I will follow up with the manufacturer.
