I have started some seeds inside and several have now sprouted. The strain is unknown the seeds are collected from various people. I plan to order a good outdoor strain soon. I have several questions.
There started in 10 oz clear plastic cups which i believe should be large enough until they go outside. I have them set up in a rubbermaid container using 2 - 24inch aquarium and plant bulbs at 750 lumens each. I have mounted 2 flood lights, 63 watt I believe in the center of the flourescent tube fixture. The flood lights provide heat, without them it was too cold. There is a hole cut with a fan flowing to get a little bit of air circulation.
1.) So far I have seven sprouts but more maybe coming. Is my lighting sufficient enough for 2 months until its time to move them outside for mother nature to take over? If not I can mount some compact flourescents inside the rubbermaid as well.
2.)How long can I keep them on 24 hour light for?
3.) How soon can a female plant be pollenated, Ive heard the males can taint he females at a very young age.
That is all for now, I will be commenting on this throughout the grow and posting pictures of them if I can get a camera.
