Whats going on riu? Well im looking for help, hints, and any advice is welcome. I have a few questions because i always want to be better. Im growing 2 Dianafem deep cheese, 1 Dianafem blue kush, and one delicious seeds cotton candy. Im useing the thechnaflora recipe for success. Nute line up. Been forced to using vinager for ph down because i ran out. I have some ordered waiting on it now. And 2 150watt hps lights atm. I have about a dozen 23 watt cfl bot 2700 k and 6500k. Just ran into issues with the mounting and setting them up... lol so my question the seedling girls are 2 weeks old and i just topped today. Hope it was not to early. I have plans on lst traing and scrogging them... but when should i? When shi i start the lst. And how long should I veg them seeing the lighting im useing. Im planning on adding the cfls gradually when i switch to flower. So please any and all comments. .. thanks to all happy 420

What node were they at when you topped them? The amount of time you veg them should be in relation to the amount of space you have for them to grow upwards during flower. If this is your "2nd run" don't worry about all the fancy shit yet worry about getting a harvest that is the point after all. If you have to train them scrogging them will probably be easier on you and the plants. By the way I like the aquarium pebbles. If you are running the HPS light right now that's kind of backwards, we usually use those in flower. 5-6500k cfl or MH for vegging. Hope some of that helped. Look forward to your answers.

Looks like you have light getting to the roots, not good. Also the lights are fairly large and look pretty close for plants at this stage. You are putting too much stress on a plant with too little roots. I would switch to 6 of your CFLs, 4 6500k, 2 2700k and place them about 5" above.until you have established a good root system. Once you have a good root system you can switch back to the HPS + some of the 6500k.
