2nd time growing

this will be the first time growing with flood and drain
the only other time i have grown was with with soil
a 600w mh light and a fan in a little 5x5 tent
im looking to go a a bit bigger this time i want to get 32 plants
in room i will be using 4 600w mh lights 2 extractor fans 4 movement fans
and c3 anti detection foil on the walls and ceiling

is there anything i am missing apart from the rockwool,clay pebbles,seeds,neutrients,

how much smoke should i get of each plant on the other 1 i done i got about 1 and a half ounce of each plant in soil and i have read that flood and drain will increase the yeild but will it increase it by 1gram or 1 ounce

also how many cutting should you take of a plant without damaging it
