2nd week into flower, what's on my leaves?

Hi all,

Not much experience here but I picked up a plant from a friend who I afterwards found out has a bit of a bug problem. I identified thirps on it and treated with organicide a few times. I'm now second week into flower and I'm noticing yellow leaves, curling, the Slime on the top of leaves thirps are known for. I also noticed that some of my pistils are turning brown at the ends and kinda withering. I'm hoping I don't have Russet mites and started checking using a small 60-120x microscope. I could not find anything living, but did see on every leaf I looked at, what appears to be mite or thirp eggs? I hope I'm wrong as every one I checked is covered in those.

Some other notes if helpful is I am using nftg for nutrients and have blue lab ph and ppm pens for measuring the nutes. Also have been slurry testing the soil and it seems to be using the nutes up inbetween feedings. The soil is fox farm ocean forest. Besides the issues above the plant have been thriving. It's kept in a tent indoors.20200609_115120.jpg

I have organicide and neem oil I could use. Is it too late at this stage for either one? I read neem kills Russet mites (if that's what I have besides thirps) and organicide only kills thirps. I do not want to affect my bud taste using the neem oil either but at this stage I'm worried if I don't treat, they will just get destroyed anyways.

Found the culprits. A leaf with about 6 thirps on them. Since neem and organicide will both kill thirps, is one preferable during flowering?
