Chinese Eyes

I have 10 plants (all growing outdoors). 1 of the plants is 3 months old (its about 4 feet tall), and all of the others are 2 months old. I was wondering when they should start to bud. I will have pics uploaded tomorrow. I live in NW Georgia, and the plants get pretty much constant sunlight, and get water about every 3 days. It's summer.
