3 Gallon Pots Question

My 4 ladies have been transplanted into 3 Gallon Pots. Are 3 Gallon Pots big enough to use until end of grow? Will I get root bound with these pots?
I veg them under 130W 14000K CFL Lamp for 4 weeks and are now flowering under my 600W HPS Lamp. Do I need to upgrade to 5 Gallon Pots?

I use them all the time. I veg 2 weeks in cups with 1000w MH, transplant to 3 gallon and veg for 2 more weeks and into flower with 1000 HPS.

like kikki said, i also veg 2 weeks in solo cups then transplant to 3 gallon airpots till harvest. i've had no proplems....
