3 plants 2 hermies what to do??

Ive been flowering for approx 6,7 or 8 weeks. Today a noticed seeds growing out of some of the bud sites and little yellow banana looking thigs which could be pollen. I noticed this on two of my plants the other looks 100% female what sould i do? :confused:

Picture 1 and 3 are of the hermies.
Picture 2 and 4 are the female.
Also any ideas how much longer to go also?

I would pluck those bananas carefully off... not really enough time left to cook up some beans,,,,,so to speak
