3 point leaves?

Should be enough light to keep them vegging outdoors end of May, mine are usually outdoors last week of May. What may have happened is your buddy had them on 18 to 24 hour lights, and the sudden increase in darkness triggered flowering, now they are trying to reveg. It's happened to me in the past, still got good bud, but the yield wasn't great because the plant didn't veg long enough to get very big
