3 week old.. What is growing out of the stem?

Incredibly amateur question, more out of curiosity than anything. My plant is 3 weeks old and receives outdoor light as I follow the sun around my house as well as a single CFL bulb inside a white box at night/ when she isn't casting a shadow. (Experimental, first time, from bag seed)

Anyway.. What are these small green bulb esc patches on stem??. New leaf/stem growth?

Hey, not sure what those little knobs are but in general it looks like she is dealing with an excess of water. Shouldn't be that droopy at all.

Growdict is right on

at every branching, there will be two little green hairs on each side of the plant, thats where buds will form later, and where the first sexual characteristics will show up, at the base of those hairs. either little balls for a male, or a little teardrop shaped pod with two white hairs growing out of it for females.
