3 Weeks old - Yellow drooping leaves, brown dots

Seedlings about 3-4 weeks old, within the last week the bottom leaves have turned really yellow and dots have showed up on the other higher up leaves. Thought i was over-watering but drying it up hasn't seemed to help at all. Any suggestions ??

I would guess shitty soil. Not balanced and maybe clay structure? Just guessing but your little one is not happy with it.

Im also curious about the soil here, lots of sticks and chunks of stuff with looks like little to no aeration(perlite, etc). Any details?

Cheers guys. Its a potting mix for seedlings which i think has condensed over time and suffocated the roots. Transferred today into a mix of perlite and another medium and gave a few sprays of a diluted nutrient mix

The medium is useless for marijuana. Dont be suprised if they dont come back, they are very stunted and sick.
