Hey everyone,
I am new to this site but I am excited to finally get some feedback after a month of growing. after 2 weeks of 24/0 I changed the lighting to 18/6 and a week later I went to 12/12.
I went into flowering so early because I need her to stay small but still (hopefully) produce a decent amount of bud. She is 32 days old now and it the 3rd set of leaves (or the first set of 7) are almost fully blossomed. I can see the second set of 7 coming in also. Im just a little worried because it looks like the first set of leaves (3 leaves) are starting to yellow. I dont know if this is normal or not. Ill post pics by request (just cause idk if anybody will even read this lol) and tips and pointers are very much appreciated. Thanks again!

To be honest with you I cant remember what kind of light. I got it a long time ago. I believe it is 100 watts or so. I can post pictures of the plant and the grow room for you.

the bottom leaves yellowing is fairly normal.

either it means the bottom leaves arent getting enough light or that they need a bit of N. (probably a dab of whatever nutes you are using would be fine.)

but you´d get much better responses with pics yeah.

1325479083894.jpg1325479165955.jpg Its 6 inches tall. Keep in mind it has been flowering for 8 days now. and its 32 days old. Should I be able to determine gender soon?

Those pics are not the best and I apologize, she is in the night cycle right now so I cant take new ones. These are about 10 hours ago. But I will surely post updated pics at 7pm.

its a fairly good job, specially for a first time.

just give her a dab of nutes (fertilizer) one with more N preferably (i see kevin explained that)

but that plant is not gonna give you alot of bud, 3-4g at worst.

its very small, it would have required about 2-3 times that light for proper vegging (or the light closer (100w what?, definetly not a 100w cfl or you would have had better results (or the light is too far away)

you´d probably be better off , putting it back into 24 hour light to veg it some more, might want to read into low stress training (lst) to get a fuller wider, lower plant. since you are working with the small lights.

but like i said, not a bad job.

If it is new growth that is yellow then don't worrie, the new growth all ways looks yellow,If it is the older growth that is yellowing i would flush with water no nutes, after this up the nutes what light are you useing what ec you at more info mate

the light is actually really close, I can just barely fit my hand in between the light and the plant. Oh, and is it safe to go back to 24 hour light even after I started 12/12 for 8 days now? cause I am limited on size but I want maximum bud quantity. And its the first set of 3 that are starting to yellow on the tips, they also look a little droopy. I am using miracle grow fert.
