320sq ft Room Design Questions

For a perpetual S.O.G system.
320sq. ft. 8x40 room.
Some advice for the first time room builder.
Any ideas? Neat ways to conserve space, suggestions on flower/veg room sizes? (I'd like to eventually work up to 20 ladies in the cycle, harvesting between 4-6 weeks, depending on what strain.
I'm about 80% set on my equipment, aside from actual brand/model.
Most likely:
HPS lights, 8 bulb 1000w hoods. for veg/bloom
Aeroponics setup
Carbon filter
Fans blah blah and etc. Equipment is the easy thing you know.
What I'm looking for are just small ideas to help me out, things that you wished you had really done, or things you thought were neat room design wise. How to be very efficient with space and all.

So guys/gals am I in the wrong section for this thread? Does anyone not hold the answer to this mysteriously mysterious question? Who is Red Newbern and why does he want to know these things? I got an account to interact in forums, hopefully answering a few questions others have and maybe get a few of my own questions answered.
I can/have read pretty much everything I need to know about simple things you shouldn't ask in a forum, I got this sketchy ass profile to ask sketchy ass questions on the sketchy ass intro-web, questions I can't really research as easily. This is one of those questions, not a question about how much light do I need, or what is the most bud I can get out of a plant, is my ph right, why are my plants dying, is it male or female, hps or hid lights, how big of a room do I need, hydro or aero, blah blah shit shit. Not to sound like a dick, or talk shit but, any ideas at all? There is nothing you regret about your room, nothing you wish you would have made space for, not a thing you wish you would have made more space for? If all goes well, this room will not be very accessible, for a human yes, and for things smaller than 4ftx4ft yes, but after this is done its done, I can't really fit anything larger than 4x4 once it is finished. Any one sentence replies about "man I really wished I would have just had a table, like a really big one man, not just desk size but like real big man, like big enough to trim my harvest on" this is obvious however useful. Sorry, if I come across as hateful I'm just ready to become detached from the forum.

Here is how clean I would like it on the inside, I will be using paneling like this, very neat, very undetectable, very efficient, any ideas? Heres a link.

Tables will fold upright against the walls to save space, much like this, only on a bit larger scale.

The ladder will tuck up against the far wall to save space.

I would like keep a storage cabinet on one side of the ladder up against the far wall and maybe my the electrical heart of the operation to the other side of the ladder. If I could keep everything that enters the room air, water, electrical, and me, on that side of the room I would like that. Most likely I would like to take up no more than a 5ft section out of the 40ft length to take care of all of the storage/electrical.
Then having a wall where everything enters into the room, but nothing clumsy or easily contaminated. So a 35x8 section will be left for the mother, clones, vegs, and blooms. Hopefully 40sg ft will take care of all of the mess and the other 280sq ft can be grow room strictly.
