34 watt florescent to 250watt mh?

i have a couple sprouts at the moment relaxing under just a couple florescent tubes, 17 watt each. i just purchased a 250-400w ajustible ballast, 400w mh and a reflector. would the change to my plants be too much for the moment? being they are not quite a week old yet?

also the lights are on all the time, if i switch to a 18/6 should i have any issues?

id leave them under your lights for another week then put on 250 and have on the out perimeter of the light for a few days move in to middle and then leave after a week or so and they blow up hit them with the 400 u just gotta watch the heat when u make these changes and how close the light is to the plant

18 or 24 hours of light switch now they wont go threw any problems

Thanks again man, i think im gonna leave them on 24 until i switch over to the big light.
