3600 watt set up good idea?

I was wondering if two 1000w lamps over a 12-18 site HABS ebb and grow system with one 400w lamp lower than canopy level on all four walls to expose the bottoms with more light to increase yields on the lower portion of the plant, would be too much for an 8x8 room. If not too much is it not efficient, or can it be improved on I have a photo attachment.

No need to light the sides of the plant. If you want to grow trees then do vertical hanging bulbs with a big air conditioner
