38 days, a week flowering. question about scrog

I have two females, alice and phaedra. You can see current pics of them in the grow journal thread, search for 'aquashift white widows'.

They are indica dominant, growing very fast (about 15 and 18 inches respectively).
I topped alice once, and fimmed phaedra twice when they were vegging.. and they have different heights. what should I do to make them the same height for maximum light for both of them? Scrogging? I dunno if I should scrog when they're already flowering.
Any help is appreciated.

I know this is asking a lot, but could you, or anyone else, give me a quick tutorial on how to scrog? I know the very basics, and the concept behind it.. but as far as how high the screen should be on my ladies *they're 11 days into flowering and about 18 inches tall* and how to trim them while I scrog is unknown to me.. Please help =)
