This is my first post at rollitup
, so first I would like to appologize if this thread is not posted in the right section or constructed properly.

I have received a plant from a friend of mine, he informed me that it is around 3 months old now. Currently sits in a clay pot, and seems to have some ants running around. Some signs of the leafs being eaten by insects and brown small tiny things that are on the stem not sure what these are.

If I would like to continue growing it on my belcony what would be the best way?

also please tell me if there are any problems that you can tell by the description and pictures.

thank you.

Wow that is a VERY unique strange looking plant... Is it severely light stretched or just an exotic strain?

The soil doesn't look right .. first off....

starved for light .. second ....

I'd say get that thing into a bigger pot .. in super rich /fluffy soil ... buried as deep as you can .. spoon feed growth/ veg nutrients .. and build to full strength

and good luck ... it looks very Sativa .. if it's true thai .. or even close .. I think it would be worth trying to save

Well seeing that I live in thailand and the plants from a local friend I assumed it is Thai.

do excactly what Roland advised! plus add a small fan to her. The dirt is molded an i think that is what u see on the stem too!
for all that mess its been through, it still looks good. so it is a very strong strain.. and that mold will die very fast with alot of light AND good air movement. (along with transplanting)

defiantly looks like a thai !

People online been telling me those are eggs, and I should use dish soap mixed with bug chem and spray the plant. I'm going to wait till tomorrow morning turn off the light and spray them outside and move em in later when they dry up.

thanks.

Will this plant not survive to provide some nice buds?
That is a very good question my friend. those brown spots as you called them look unlike anything i have ever seen, i have no idea whether they are eggs or mold. but if you havnt already taken rolands suggestions (all of them). plus the fan idea, than those things will probably help you more than any insecticide.
I can not tell ou whether or not you will get any solid buds, what i can tell you is that the harvest will be small, and if you use any harsh insecticides, you will taste that in the buds. good luck.

ok first off..... be prepared toflower for like 150-180 days!!!!!! i am not joking!!!!!! you will find out. i would strat flower now cuzz sativas like that will still grow alot!!! matter fact ur not gonna be able to grow this tropical sativa inside in that small an area. i dont care how much you train it. and man the reason your plants look like shit is the very very poor lighting. that landrace thai is light loving much much more so then an indica. so thats were i stand. good luck
