4 26 Watt Daylights and Organic Miracle Grow

I have a seedling that is 5 days old. Her sister died 2 days ago. I am currently using 4 26watt 6500k daylights. Is this 2 much light for her and when should i start adding nutes? and should i add anything to the soil it is .10-.05.-.05

Don't add any nutes. The lights should be fine, keep them maybe 3 inches away. Just make sure your temps are ok.

I ran 1 foot balast with 2 fluoro tubes and that got me through the first 3 weeks. No nutes for the first 10 days atleast or else you will probably fry your plants....There's a lot more info in my grow journal about cfl's and problems I ran into using them if you plan on using them the whole time.
