4 Moms, 250w MH or Blackstar

I have 4 moms I will be depending on for 16 cuttings every 2 weeks. I've had to veg them under a 400w hps because it's all I've had for them. they are growing fast and are all very sturdy.

I like the idea of the blackstar but I'm not sure it will be enough to support 4 mothers that I'm contstantly cutting. Anyone advise the blackstar for such a situation?

we just ordered two blackstar 240s...im sure they wont support 4 plants in that capacity...
