4 plants, all 1 month old, all different sizes??? wtf? help

:wall: So this is my first grow, my setup is as follows
Strain: Girl Scout Cookies
lights: 2x240W Blackstar LED's
Grow Room: Closet 2Wx8Lx7H wrapped in mylar
Soil: Fox farm ocean forest in 1gal buckets
Started giving it Fox farm Grow big about 2 weeks ago and its been loving it. Also have Tiger bloom but have not fed it yet.


So basically they seem to be growing really good althought at all different paces!!! wtf!~!!! they all were started from clones and trasplanted on 2-04-13 and now they are this big. I believe i need to switch the lights because of the size of the two big ones im basically pushing it that might light is going to be enought o suffice for those plants. How much bigger are they gonna get? Also the Big ones got really bushy so just last night i tripped back alot of the leaves off so that the light could penetrate much easier, was that ok?
Just wondering why they are different sizes and what you guyys think i should do. Attempt to ttop the big ones to slow down the growth? or just flip the lights and if i pull a nug or two of the small ones then so be it? Help me!!!

The small ones might just be stunted or lacking light putting them directly under the light should help, if they are all from the same plant the soil might have something to do with it. The purple stems this early might be a sign of phosphorus toxicity but if you have only been feeding grow big it may just be a genetic thing. Topping the bigger ones will help you can start flowering at any time just remember they can double or even triple in size after you make the switch.

After looking at the pics again the tops look a little bit heat stressed so putting them directly under the light might not help. Do you have any ventilation in your grow area? If you are running low on space you might want to consider LST training now and super-cropping once they start flowering.

Hmm well they've been directly under the light the whole time, althought all where slightly different in the exact location under the light, they were all basically the same (and all at same height). got them from a Cannabis club (Harbor side in Oakland) and when i did couple of them already had some slight purple on the stem. And Yah thats why im saying i prolly need to just flip the light because i cant continue to veg those big ones much longer.

Hmm im not sure it could be a heat issue? top heat in the room is 81 and that was once (being recorded on a digitial temp gauge) most the time it is 70-77. And im running LED's very very minimal heat comes out of the actual light. (the heat produced by this light is outputed out vents on the top and sides , no heat actually comes from the LED lights or lense it self.) Im going to have to read up on super cropping, and i dont think i have much time for LST.

check the ph levels of your soil in each pot. i had a similar problem where 1 of my plants was not growing very much but all my other plants were explodign with growth. it turned out the ph in the pot that wasnt growing was way to low even though i had been treating all the plants the same. I flushed the stunted plant a few days ago and it started growing again at a normal rate.

Hey ghetto bird , you need to buy a sheet at walmart for 10 bucks and put it on your box spring to cover up the rips lol, then youll get some tail bro, a little bow chicka wow wowww ;) ladies are looking really good compared to the sad state they were in when you picked them up from those scammers. Those things sucked! But ya, theyve really come around. You are getting close to flower though with those lights. Your out of container space on plants one and two. The bigger two. 3 and four should be fine. By the looks of things the root system hasnt developed as nicely as on one and two. Theyre a lost cause but they will still put out more than youve put into them so your....golden. As for the good ones i would take four clones off of number one, from the top so it brings her down to a bit lower than number two. Give them time to recover from the transplant into five gallon container and do some minor lst work by drilling holes in the side of the five gallon buckets and tying them down a bit. This will help with the canopy height conformity. Dont take shit from those plants, give em shit! Then flower them. Your right when you say that your running out of light so you should do all this very soon. It aint hard. Transplant, clone, and tie down...two hours tops. Then flower after about four days of recovery. So by next weekend i wanna hear that they are flowering, capish ;) put the biggest with the smallest under one light and the two middle ones together and then start counting the days until harvest. That my two cents, you asked, i offered. Good luck man, lookin good :):):)

Yah ive been hearing from couple of you guys that i need to transplant big ones, Ok so 5gal it is. Should i transplant them into some more fox farm ocean forest? or is that veg only soil( still a noob here guys thanks) And the two smaller ones shall be ok to flower in the 1 gals im guessing correct? And this will be my first attempt on LST so you are saying to hold the tops that i create on the big one down so that they can get "flush" with the others and have a good canopy level for bud creation correct? or am i way off lol..... capish brotha haha yupp exactly runnin outa light=runnin outa time.

you guys are gonna kill me but...... i have yet to check a pH level at all......... :wall:


Where can i get a pH testing kit or something that is same?

Also you guys all say plants double if not triple in flowering stage. Well if thats going to happen, these big ones are already about 23"tall from soil , then im going to need the full light for 1 plant? Should i just give up on the two small ones, or should i be able to grow 4 plants under these 2x240w lights?

Also should I allow the soil to dry Slighty so that when I do transplant it makes it easier allowing the soil to stay clumped together?
