4 weeks in to flowering

they have been flowering for 4 weeks now and looking good. are they close to being ready to harvest

Closer than they were a month ago, but still a month yet to go, IMO.

drop that light like 1 inch above and then the other have it on the side of the plant because it should be more full and etc how many watts are you at ?

3 4ft 5000k and 3 4ft spx4100k with two 26 watt cfls as underlight
