Hey guys I have a journal going on in the cfl room where I posted my latest pics up, but I figured I would get more answers here. Well as you can tell by the pics, my fan leaves are getting brown spots and some had a little black in the middle of the leaf, and they all end up drying up and falling off. I haven't watered in about 4-5 days since the lowers soil still is a little damp. I took a chopstick and poked holes all around my soil. I think that some of the soil had harder clumpy dirt in parts. I flushed it about a 8 days ago, and I have MG bloom booster nutes which I want to use on my next watering because I am worried it is some deficiency! Any help please!!!???

for lack of better advice i'd say feed her a healthy dose- maybe half strength...

looks like you should flush with a low PH'd water...to me it looks like you PH is probably to high and maybe your PPMs are to high causing salt build up.

Im no expert but to my eye it looks to be overfed. If you have given them a real flush and brought the PPM level way down then you can start to feed again but i would start with lite doses.
Along with Chief Blunts questions i would also ask what brand of soil do you use? What Ph range are you in.If the Ph is way out of wack it could cause problems bbut usually pot can handle a wide ph range.
When did this problem start...before or after the flush?

That is definately a nutrient problem you better add that lol otherwise nice plant is that bubbleicious? thats what im growing and that strain looks like it lol
I am 40 days into flower chief, cmon man read the title!?!? haha, jk sorta. I am using FFOF soil, and I have not been feeding her too much nutes. I fed her just twice since flowering, since i usually water about once a week. The problem started before the flush, which is why i decided to flush in the first place. Ohh ya, the only other thing i did was I added epsom salt, but I think I added too much because I put in about 2 tbspn. Should I wait for the soil to dry out more down lower into the soil, or just feed her now!?!? Man, is she going to make it! It seems like all the fan leaves are going to be pretty much gone within the next few days.

Ive run into the same problem with FF soil. Its very hot and when i would add just the smallest amount of nutes that would happen to me. Even without any nutes mine would start to look like yours at about 2-4 weeks of flower. Are they still burning up after the flush?
Do you have a PPM meter? Did you check runoff after the flush?
They will make it but the yeild will be reduced.

when you added your nutes did you check the ph afterwords? (assuming you have a ph test kit of some kind) i know my bone meal, i added some to my water and let it sit overnight- then came back in the morning and tested it and it was a HUGE difference- so much so it probably would have killed my little babies....
add some nutes you got to your tap water and test the ph. (i would also give her a solid water next time and check your runoff as well..

lol, no need to let it sit outside, that is just inviting pests and algae into your clean enviroment. it does how ever appear that your problems are now stunting the bud development...
might want to get yourself a cheap ole' ph test kit for your water, so you can test both the tap and the runoff, my guess is the ph of the tap is a little off and the mg nutes sent your little gal into a whirlwind of f'ed numbers......
mix some of your flowering nutes with some water let it sit and check it after the sit, i'd also try grabbing that number off of the runoff too..
should she fully go to shit it looks like you got yourself a solid zip already, let her finish out and start on the next one.

You should test the runoff and forget using that cheap soil tester. You're better off getting a cheap PH test as chief blunts said and test the runoff for better results. Those soil testers turned to shit pretty fast from what I've heard. As far as letting your water sit, it'll help with chlorine but nothing else. Test the ph from your run off, get it to where it needs to be, and apply light nutes and you should be okay.

FFOF is very good for maintaing PH. Unless your water is off by a lot it should maintain it between 6.3 and 6.8. However, FFOF out of the bag with no added nutes is over 2000 PPM and gets worse over time without flushing. I still guess you didnt give it a complete flush and its still has a high PPm level. How many gal pots do you use and how many gallons did you flush with?
