400 watts of cfls question

Yo what's up guys I was wondering if 400 actual watts of CFLs would be able to pull 4 oz off 2 plants that are topped or lst or both. I would be growing mostly high yielding indicas.

yes you should have no problem

Yes it is possible if done right. Healthy plants, good nutes and soil, Co2 and low grow room temps will help a ton.
