4000 w Reveg Grow/Monster Cropping

I figure this is a great time to start a grow journal.

I accidentally managed to cut clones from my mother at the very beginning of flowering. Why she flowered, I don't know, but now I have transplanted clones in the middle of revegging. It will be interesting to see how much difference there is in yield and quality of my previous grows. At first I was freaking out as I've never had a revegged plant before. Now, I am a little excited to see how this will turn out.

This crop is also the first with my new upgrade. I just invested in cool tubes and another 1000w HPS to add to the previous 3. My last 4 cycles have been 15 plants under 2x1000w HPS and 1xMH. I use a 12,000 BTU heat pump for heating/cooling, and a 70p dehumidifier. My room is 10x12. I also use a carbon filter and use the excess heat to help heat my house during the cool months. During the warm months I exhaust it outside. With 3 lights the heat pump has had no problem keeping up. I have my temperature set at 75 and thats where it stays. I was a little worried about its ability to keep up during the warm months with the 4th light so I added the cool tubes as insurance. I wish I had added them earlier as they would have saved me on power for the heat pump. Right now, I'm holding a steady 76 without the heat pump running.

The strain is Diesel Grapefruit. This will be the 5th cycle with this strain. The only difference being the fact that they were cloned during flower. I usually keep one plant aside as a mother, and move her to another room when I flip to 12/12. I've been very happy with this strain. My average yield has been 3-4 oz per plant. Its a nice smoke. Potent and stinky. Takes a little long to finish but the quality is worth it.

I've also started a new strain from seed called AK48. For my next cycle I will probably go 50/50 with the new strain and the old, just in case I'm not happy with it. You'll see it in the pics as the only plant that isn't a mutant.

My typical routine is to cut clones and put them into rockwool cubes under a dome with a heat mat and a T5. They stay there for about 2 weeks until they poke roots out and then I plant them in solo cups. They usually sit in the cups for 3-4 weeks under T5s until the flower room is finished. Then I transplant them to the 5 gallon pots and its off to the races. I let them veg till they are about 28" or so and then flip. They usually double in height the first two weeks after flip. I haven't tried any techniques like topping. Just let them grow as they are.

I am using Advanced Nutrients Sensi Grow and Bloom. During bloom I add Big Bud, Bud Candy and Overdrive. Other than a little Superthrive during veg nothing else gets added.

At this point, my little revegged plants are about 6 weeks old. They were transplanted into the pots about 2 weeks ago. Their growth is much slower than they would have been without the revegging. I am only running 2 of the 4 lights until they get out of the reveg stage.

This is a legal grow. I'm actually only flowering half of my allowed prescription. This way I can always have clones or vegging plants without the worry of exceeding my license.

Input, comments and questions are welcome.
